 There's nothing like a quick energy boost from a delicious smoothie. This little number is tasty, quick and easy to make, and provides a nutritional and antioxidant boost from bananas and blueberries.  
 
 
 1 handful blueberries 1 banana 1/2 cup natural yogurt 1 tbsp honey 1 dash of vanilla essence 4 ice cubes 1 cup milk 
 Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into a couple of cups, a large glass, or insulated container and enjoy!
